- AI image generation and processing

We do NOT:
- Sell your data to third parties
- Use your photos for purposes other than providing the service

- Used for: AI image generation

- Used for: AI image and video generation

RevenueCat
- Used for: Subscription management

4. Data Storage and Security
Storage
- Your data is stored on Google Cloud servers
- All data is encrypted in transit and at rest
- Only you can access your projects
5. Data Retention
- We retain your data while your account is active
- Deleted projects are permanently removed from storage
- Deleted accounts result in immediate and permanent deletion of all your data

- Delete individual projects from the Library tab
- Delete your account from Settings (permanent and immediate)
Opt-Out of Communications
- Marketing emails: Click "unsubscribe"
- Push notifications: Disable in iOS Settings

7. Children's Privacy
Spatial is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such data, we will delete it immediately. Parents who believe their child has provided information should contact us at sebastian@hinokami.studio.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Effective Date" and notify you via email if changes are material. Continued use of Spatial means you accept the updated policy.
